Frequently asked questions

Is my account safe?
Official APIs only. We never ask for or store passwords. Disconnect anytime in settings — reading and posting stop immediately.
What if I don't approve?
Nothing goes out without your approval. Posty prepares each post and shows it to you first, and only what you approve goes out — otherwise it waits. Auto-run (posting without asking) and posting at a set time without approval are coming soon. You always see what's going out first.
Does it auto-like, comment or follow?
No. All platforms ban it, and it can hurt your account. Posty only posts your videos and reads your channel data. That's it.
Which platforms are supported?
Videos you post on YouTube go out to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, X, Pinterest and Bluesky. Metrics are read from YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
What are answers based on?
Your connected channels' real metrics and the videos themselves (first seconds, captions, length). Every answer ends with N sources · N unchecked, and each source can be opened. When data is thin, it says "only N videos so far — not judging yet" instead of making things up.
I already use Postream — what changes?
Keep using it as you do now. The agent runs on the same account and connections, and your auto-upload settings and schedules don't change — it reads and suggests on top of them.
Just need auto-posting?

How much is it?
$99/month. Early-access applicants pay $66/month for subscriptions started by Wednesday, November 18, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. Postream AI Agent is billed monthly only, with no free trial. Your subscription starts as soon as your payment goes through. If you haven't published, sent a reply, or approved a clip with Postream AI Agent within 7 days of payment, you can get a full refund. Once you do any of these, a full refund is no longer available.
What about AI labels?
Platforms require a label when AI creates or alters realistic people or scenes. Turn it on in auto upload and it's set via API on YouTube and TikTok, and noted in the caption on Instagram. AI help with captions or thumbnails doesn't require a label.
How is my data used?
Your channel metrics and videos are used only to answer your questions. Disconnect, and reading stops right away.
